A ride around Wrington 34

The weather seems to be settling into more like the seasonal norm and taking advantage of that today to have a ride around Wrington.  A good opportunity to call in at the Mother Hen Tea Room and book a table for next Wednesday when the 3cyclists meet up for  the latest in the Tour de Somerset series.  Nothing much to report today, except travelling down the Bath Road from Burrington to Churchill, I have voted this the worst road surface in Somerset.  It was like riding on cobblestones for a mile.  Horrible.
One little bonus was an animal I saw on the Strawberry Line going towards Congresbury  may well have been a mink.  It looked like a black cat at first but getting nearer it was sleeker and a very dark colour, not brown like an otter.   Research on mink on the Levels makes it a real possibility that it was. A breezy ride back to Weston but pleased with quite a few personal best times on some of the Strava 'segments'.

A good ride today, 34 miles .
