Should get the 100 for the week in today.  Off to Congresbury and Churchill.  Nice warm sunny day, ideal for a spin round.

M5 on a Bank Holiday

With a Bank Holiday Monday coming up, a lot of folk are heading for the coast and the SW of England and the M5 is the obvious route to take.  This is the end result, the southbound carriageway is stop start from the Midlands down to Devon.  Best of luck to them.

Strawberry Line Cafe

Travelling on the Strawberry Line between Sandford and Congresbury there is a sign for a cafe pointing into a little tree lined lane.  Often gone by it and wondered what was there and found out today, it is a man made fishing lake.  With a cafe.  Result.  It felt like being in the backwoods of Tennessee it was so isolated.  I liked the custom built bike stands and the tea and flapjack was reasonably priced. Might have to call here again.
