26th March 2013 Short sharp one - Rouncil Lane

Not pleasant out there today so limiting my ride to a short 6 miler along the local lane.  Nothing much to photograph along the 3 mile section I shall be going so, as a reward for visiting the blog, have a look at a few from last October.

Footbridge, Crackley Kenilworth

This is over the Coventry Road and leads from the Common onto the Greenway, a disused railway line going to Balsall Common.

The Bears

Spotted these when riding along the Myton Road at Warwick. They are in the school playground of Warwick School. Nice idea for the kids. Not sure that they are to be used to prop a bike up though! I rode off quick before anybody came.

Castle Green Kenilworth

A row of medieval cottages opposite Kenilworth Castle. A very desirable place to live. It was blue sky, warm sun and no wind then. Heaven!
