Windy one to Lympsham. 10

'The March winds doth blow', says the old proverb and it is certainly doing that at the moment with a vengeance.  Gusts of up to 48 mph from the west over the next few days so cycling is going to be a challenge.  The plan today was to cycle to Nailsea, to the north east, with the wind partially behind, catch the train from Nailsea back to Weston, but the train times were all wrong so abandoned that idea and settled for a much shorter ride down to the village of Lympsham and back.  That worked out reasonably well with no protracted distances heading into the strong wind.  Even then, 10 miles was enough.  Tomorrow is forecast the same, all day, so an enforced day off which is not a bad thing as Aston Villa FC are live on the tele at lunchtime.
