Old Gits Friday Riders go to the Mother hen. 33

That was a tough one today.  6 Old Gits started out, two went off to do their own thing, a forty miler to Clevedon, whilst the remaining four turned back at Yatton and went to the Mother Hen Tea Room
at Wrington.  Spent an hour there with tea and cake just putting the world to rights (Brexit only got a very brief mention).  Headed back to Weston via Churchill, Sandford and Puxton.
Finished up covering 33 miles which was slightly more than I intended.

Not abad day out there although it seems worse than it was because of the recent, warm, unseasonal good weather.  The target today was originally 25 miles but got carried away a bit by extending the ride to Yatton and although the average speed did not exceed 10mph, the old legs were aching a bit at the end.  Nice to get 30+ miles under the belt despite the aching legs.
