Carrying on with the walk a day regime.  had a visit from Steve, one of the Old Gits and after a cup of tea and a couple of chocolate digestive biscuits (thanks for bringing them mate) he accompanied me on a stroll down to the Tropicana on the promenade.  The weather was fairly reasonable if a chilly wind, but it was dry.  Not many people about on the prom, we did see one cyclist go zooming by on a road bike but he never saw us shaking our fists at him,

That was one mile, dead on.
