Out to Clevedon in the sunshine 41

'The sun is out, the sky is blue" a short quote from the Beatles, Dear Prudence off the White Album.  It certainly applies today.  Despite a 40+ miler yesterday, could not resist an extended ride out to Clevedon to see my daughter, especially with the promise of some home made cake.  Stayed mainly on the Somerset levels and enjoyed bimbling around Congresbury, Yatton and Claverham before returning to Weston.

Congresbury Yeo

One of the rivers that helps to drain the Somerset Levels, this shot is taken from the bridge at the start of the section of the Strawberry line that runs between Congresbury and Yatton.  Look at that blue sky!

Despite 'bimbling' around it was surprising to see the average speed for the day was nearly 12 mph. Finished the day on 41+ miles.
