Get rid of the lactic acid 13

Just a short one today.  Legs ached a bit after a significant ride yesterday so to get rid of the lactic acid, went out through Hutton, across to the east of Weston and a gentle ride back along the cycle paths to town.  Just a fraction under 13 miles and felt a lot better for doing it.  Went out at 1230 and heavy rain was forecast for 1o'clock. That was part of the reason for not going quite so far. It is now 4.30 and its still dry!
