Wick Wander 15

An easy, flat ride today out to Wick St Lawrence and back. No rush, no hassle, just a gentle ride out in the sunshine before tomorrows outing with the Old Gits. So easy in fact, completed the whole session without changing from the middle gear.

Worle Wipeout

It has been customary to include the bike in any pictures taken for this blog, that is the very essence of it.  Today was an exception.  In Worle, a suburb of Weston, spotted this war memorial.  Very impressive and it was built after the Great War of 1914-18.  It meant standing on the opposite side of the narrow part of the High Street to get it all in and although two shots are normally taken (just in case) only one was done on this occasion. Only to find back home that a car went by at the crucial time and blotted out the bike.  Trust me on this one.

A nice saunter round in the sun. Just 15 miles, just the ticket.
