Start with the bad first. Lifting a small locker the other day, the old back went click and struggling to get around at the moment. Nothing too serious, just a slightly damaged muscle. This may take two or three days to sort out.
The good news is, at the annual Weston Old Gits Christmas Dinner last night, it looks as if I have been nominated as the group's official photographer! That might be because I am the only one to carry a camera round everywhere. A nice accolade though, made my night.
