16th June 2014 Locks Loop 19

Out with Mick today, and for the first time this year, used the full bridle path from Kenilworth Castle to Hatton. Until now, it has been impassable at one particular point due to the extreme wet weather.  It has now dried out, well nearly, sufficient to get through OK.
The map below does show a gap between the start and the finish because some Muppet did not turn the GPS on until 1.5 miles had been covered.
We rode over the bridle paths and country lanes to the Hatton Locks Cafe where we were forced to partake in a bacon sandwich (to be recommended) and a cup of tea.  A zoom down the 21 locks to Warwick and home.
This has been recorded as 19 miles adding the Strava and the missing distance.

Sorry, no pictures today.
