"Have a cuppa?". Don't mind if I do. 32

That biting cold wind seems to have calmed down a lot and with the wind shifting around to the SW it is certainly better for cycling out there today.  Heading down onto the Somerset Levels, through Mark, to East Huntspill and back via Brent Knoll and Lympsham.  That should keep me occupied for three hours or more.

All Saints Church, East Huntspill

Taking a big circuit around the Levels from Mark to get to Brent Knoll, rode through the village of East Huntspill.  Spotted a sign outside the church advertising a Christmas Bazaar.  With no clear idea where the mornings refreshments were coming from, decided to take a look.

Come into my parlour .........

Found the church hall behind the church.  An old boy going in stated he was going for a second bacon roll so that clinched it.  Very busy inside with all the bazaar type stuff and the kitchen was going full pelt.

Bargain Breakfast

A mug of tea (and help yourself to biscuits) was 50 pence.  The bacon roll was £2.  The latter was very tasty and went down very well.  Tempted to have a second one but resisted with 15 miles still to go.   The place is open every third Saturday of the month so if you are down that way around 10.30 I would suggest you fill your boots.

The mileage today was 32,  that is 80 for the week so far.
