With Old Gits to Mother Hen at Wrington 38

Friday ride with the Old Gits to Wrington and Yatton.  5 of us turned up today at Tescos on a fairly warm, calm cloudy morning. No need for extra layers today. Left Weston heading east and turned towards Puxton and Sandford where we branched off to Churchill.

Mother Hen

We ended up at the Mother Hen tea room in Wrington, one of our favourite watering holes when we are out this way.  Made even better now that you can get hot food and sandwiches as well.  The inclusion of soup on the menu is even more inviting now that winter approaches.  After tea and some delicious cake we went out through Congresbury to Yatton where a good run down the Strawberry Line took us back to Weston.

Covered just under a very enjoyable 38 miles today.
