A routine trip down to Burnham and back visiting the Bay View Cafe on the sea front. Quite a tough ride this was for two reasons. The first was, on the return journey the wind, from the west, seemed to strengthen significantly and it became quite chilly. Secondly my left wrist was quite painful, the affect of falling off a couple of weeks ago. The cure of course, is rest, but it is too nice to stay indoors at the moment. Just have to work through it.
Just s fraction under the 30 mile mark today, pleased with that.
