First full ride with Old Gits since June. 22

Out with the Old Gits this morning and rather than taking a short cut, or doing half a ride, attempted, and managed, to do the full circuit with them.  18 Old Gits turned up today plus three guests (wives on the back of tandems). The weather was pretty good, about right for this time of year.  Only one came off today, (two really, it was a tandem) trying to get up a small kerb.  The husband, who was steering, came off worst with a cut eyebrow, which cemented that particular domestic stability.

Straggler watch

After the usual refreshments at Caffles carried on through Puxton and across the Levels to Banwell.  Just prior to Banwell, just after crossing the Wolvershill Road. it is customary to wait for any stragglers.  This time it was me, so took a photo to justify being last again.

A good ride today, the only issue was a sire left wrist still hanging on after falling off in Hutton a couple[le of weeks ago.  22 miles covered today.
