Down to Marine Lake and back 4

Another little cheeky one down to, and around, Marine Lake at the other end of the promenade to my place.  Lincoln couldn't wait to get out either once school was over.  Had a visit to a physiotherapist this morning who was very pleased and surprised how much better I was since the first visit two weeks ago.  That was encouraging but the praise was tempered with a strong hint of caution of 'take it easy and don't rush things.'  Wise words which shall have to take heed off.

4 miles again today, every little helps.
