Burnham Burn Up 32

Last ride of 2016, felt a bit rusty after the holiday but pushed on round the Burnham circuit on the Specialized road bike, a lot lighter than the Peugeot and was pleased to see some good times on some of the Strava segments.  Must have been that Tenerife sunshine.
No photographs today. Next year now.

Managed just under 32 miles today.

End of Year report.
A bit disappointed never reached the two targets, at least one ride of 60 miles and average 100 a week.  Looking at the paper log I keep ( not all rides are on Strava), 4,946 miles were covered in 2016. Divided by 52 gives just over 95 miles a week so not too far off the 100.  Must do a bit more to make up for the 3 or 4 weeks holiday in the year.
As for the 60 miles.  Mustn't keep putting it off, next week never comes so needs a bit of structure.
Lets see what the New Year will bring.  To all those blog followers, "Have a good one."

And I thought my achievement was special.  Check out http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-nottinghamshire-38131533
This lady rode 32,326 miles this last year smashing the world record.

  1. Hi Ken, Don't be too hard on yourself. The main thing is you were out and about and enjoying it!
See you soon on the Roads of Warwickshire.
