Flu jab day today. An annual visit that seems to keep the dreaded bug away. Do two things at once, go for a spin out and call at the doctors on the way back.
Not a good picture of the doctor's surgery. The sun was in the wrong place! The place was heaving, I should think half the wrinklies in Kenilworth had turned up and had the same time appointment as me! Didn't take too long once I was in. Just wait for the after affects now. Best they keep off for a couple of days, got the 7in seven charity ride from Coventry to Birmingham tomorrow.
Another 16 miles added to the list today.
