And this one was taken in Warwick at the bottom of Smith Street looking west towards East Gate.

The weather forecast for Friday the 16th August was pretty awful, so much so, that the Old Gits cancelled their training 'Friday Ride'. As it turned out it wasn't too bad after all.
Saturday was a much better day, certainly after lunch, so an extended trip was arranged so that I could catch up on the family gossip with my eldest daughter who lives in Clevedon. Quite a flat ride there, didn't need the electricity at all but on the return journey, power on and, went over the Mendips. Check out the ride profile below the map. Climbed up Burrington Combe and rather than go down Cheddar Gorge, diverted through a small hamlet called Charterhouse , the village of Shipham and returned to Weston via Winscombe and Banwell. Climbed 900 feet and covered 51 miles in all so well pleased with that.

Taking a photo of these ladies near to Kingston Seymour, didn't disturb their munching one little bit.
