Out with the Old Gits again. The first Tuesday in the month which means a ride through part of the Somerset Levels to Burnham and Sea. Refreshments at Reeds Hotel, a Wethnerspoons establishment on the sea front and back to Weston along a different road so that we can call at the egg farm. The weather was pretty good, average for the time of year, and the 13 members (and a guest on a tandem) all got home without mishap.
Leaving Reeds Hotel
A cheery wave (well from some of them) as they leave the hotel. One of the Old Gits was out for the first time for some weeks following a knee operation and he got round, at his own pace, just fine. Fair play.
Covered 21 miles today.
