Sandford Saunter 21

Need to get out today to get the mileage for the week.  14 required but ended up with more. Bonus.  Went out in the afternoon and by the time I finished the temperature was dropping quite a lot.

Sandford Old Railway Station

Took a slight diversion at Sandford to the old station.  The site is now a sheltered retirement village but a little thought has gone into preserving the station itself.  It is sometimes open for teas and light refreshments but not today unfortunately.  This old engine and a couple of carriages have been added to some disused track which adds up to a nice feature of the site.

Covered 21 miles which took the total for the week up to 107.
